Fine Travel, Auckland has again been recognised as one of New Zealand’s leading

cruise booking offices after receiving the Bronze Cruise Agency of the Year Award at the International Cruise Council Australasia’s annual awards.

In addition to this prestigious award, Martin Judd, cruise specialist at Fine Travel was a finalist for Cruise Consultant of the year. (The award he won in 2008)

Announced January 23, 2010, the prestigious awards pay tribute to travel agencies and consultants around Australia and New Zealand that have contributed to the region’s growing cruise market.

Speaking at the award presentation in Sydney, Council General Manager Brett Jardine said the calibre of winners on the night was stronger than ever, reflecting the strong and consistent growth in the local cruise industry in 2009.

Mr Jardine congratulated Fine Travel on the award and said; “There’s nothing quite like being recognised by your peers and being able to hang a plaque on your wall that proves you [and your staff] know which cruise will be the right fit for your clients,” he said.
