Reservations
Our reservations system provides instant availability details and confirmation for all scheduled airlines. The system calculates and guarantees the very cheapest available published fare for a requested routing.
We have access to all non-published, consolidated airfares in the marketplace. Therefore we can almost always offer you a cheaper option than the published fare, whilst pointing out any restrictions which may apply.
Travel Reporting
Our travel management system allows us to run reports on demand, providing you with up to date information on the travel undertaken during a set period. The reports can detail:
• Passenger name
• Travel undertaken
• Cost of travel
• Form of payment
Where your travel costs need to be allocated to an internal client code, where this is provided to us, a report can be run for each client code detailing the travel expense to be allocated. If you have specific reporting requirements, please discuss them with us and we will do our best to prepare a report that suits.

As you advise us of changes to your plans they are automatically updated on your personal travel website. Should flights be delayed or rescheduled your website will be updated.
Passenger Profiles
In addition to your personal details, we retain in our database your relevant travel details such as:
• Frequent Flyer numbers
• Preferred airline
• Preferred travel class
• Preferred seating preferences
• Passport details
• Favourite holiday destination
This information is downloaded directly into each reservation you make, reducing the time required for each booking, and ensuring that your reservation is correct.
