    Trafalgar will introduce you to residents they know, who share personal stories of everyday life and introduce you to their favourite places. It’s tasting the unique ‘ice wine’ in the 200 year old log barn of a winery on the Niagara Peninsula.

    Discovering how the grapes are frozen on the vine, before heading to the stone Carriage House for a private dinner of delicious authentic dishes, paired with estate wines.

      Start the day with an orientation tour of cosmopolitan, multi-cultural Toronto, viewing sprawling Queens Park; the lively entertainment district, stately University Avenue and the Provincial Parliament Buildings. Embark on a trip to the top of the iconic CN Tower. Travel on to Niagara Falls for an evening on your own.

      Enjoy a panoramic view of the thundering cascades at Niagara Falls before taking an exhilarating boat ride to the base of spectacular Horseshoe Falls. This evening, enjoy a delightful Be My Guest experience at a family-owned and operated winery. Join your hosts for an exclusive tasting of their award-winning wines, including their famous ice wine, a speciality of the region, made from grapes that have been frozen while still on the vine. The result is a refreshingly sweet dessert wine. Sample some of Niagara’s regional cuisine created with local seasonal ingredients in a marvellous setting with stunning views of the vineyard.

      Travel north along the shore of Lake Ontario for an orientation tour of Canada’s first capital, Kingston. See the beautiful historic buildings, churches, picturesque neighborhoods and 19th century fortifications. Continue through rolling farmlands, following rivers and lakes to the current capital and arrive at your hotel, ideally located in downtown Ottawa.

      Embark on an introductory tour of the city, viewing the elegant buildings of Parliament Hill, Rideau Hall, the residence of the Governor General of Canada, and the beautiful downtown parks with their exquisite gardens. Tonight, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

      This morning, travel to Parc Omega, a safari park with lakes, meadows, small valleys, forests, and rocky hills and home to various wildlife including moose, bears, raccoons, and wolves. Later, find yourself within the fortified walls of Old Quebec City with its artisanal bakeries, flower markets and lively cafes offering a taste of Paris in the New World. Tonight, enjoy dinner at a local traditional French restaurant.

      Join your Local Specialist on an exploration of the city, walking the narrow streets of the atmospheric Old Town and the Plains of Abraham, the site of a major colonial battle between the British and the French.       Travel to Montreal, the cultural capital of French Canada and the largest French-speaking city outside of France. Stop at Mount Royal (the hill that gave its name to the city) for panoramic views over one of the loveliest cities in North America. Here, your Local Specialist introduces you to the historic sites of the city, including spectacular Notre-Dame Basilica, the colourful Old Port area and the modern, bustling downtown. Tonight, toast to your Eastern Canada adventure at a Farewell Dinner to celebrate the end of your holiday.
