San Diego’s many any attractions include a superb climate, one of the world’s greatest zoos, SeaWorld Adventure Park and a beautiful harbour.
The city’s original business district is now preserved as Old Town State Historic Park. Many of the original structures have been restored, and reflect the city’s character during its days as an outpost of the Spanish Empire.
Balboa Park is home to a variety of museums and theatres, as well as San Diego Zoo. Just over 30 km from downtown San Diego is Tijuana, Mexico, famous for it’s shopping bargains.
